Brandon M. Wood


Brandon Wood offers strategic leadership to Premier Health Solutions with his robust industry knowledge and more than 20 years of insurance experience. Prior to founding Premier Health Solutions, LLC in 2012, Brandon was the Chief Marketing Officer at Homeland HealthCare, a third-party administrator of supplemental health insurance products. In that role, he was instrumental in architecting and implementing an operational model that increased company revenue from $35 million with negative EBITDA to $93 million with over $1 million a per month in EBITDA in just three years. Prior to joining Homeland HealthCare, Brandon served 12 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing in the Accident and Health Division of AIG, an industry-leading international insurance organization serving commercial, institutional, and individual customers in more than 130 countries. He received his BBA in Insurance and Risk Management from Baylor University.

Brian J. Duly


Brian Duly, a founding member and current partner, contributes his entrepreneurial expertise and more than 20 years of industry experience to Premier Health Solutions, LLC. Prior to this role, Brian served as Regional Sales Director for Galaxy Health Network, a PPO network in Arlington, Texas. During his three years at Galaxy Health Network, he was responsible for all business development efforts and was able to add $6 million in annual revenue. In 1999, he founded Premier Access Inc., a national PPO network that provides innovative solutions for healthcare cost management and network aggregation to third-party administrators, insurers, self-funded employers and unions, saving these customers more than $500 million. In 2009, Brian also founded Premier Ancillary Services, an ancillary network integrating healthcare services and cost effective alternatives. Through his leadership, Premier Ancillary Services successfully positioned itself in the medical access, lifestyle and personal protection market as a provider of highly flexible, quality product offerings supported by exceptional customer service.

Michael Krzysiak

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Krzysiak joined the Premier Health Solutions team in 2014, and brings over 24 years of financial, accounting, and IT experience in the area of membership management. Prior to his role at PHS, Mike founded, owned, and operated Bosque Technologies, Inc. Before founding Bosque, as the Director of IT at a leading association management company, Mike led a staff of talented IT professionals. In addition, Mike grew his tactical skills as a project lead, senior business analyst, technical analyst, and software developer with a small, boutique, consulting and software development firm. He began his career in corporate accounting and finance for The Associates First Capital, gaining knowledge in general ledger, reporting and control, budgeting and forecasting as an Accounting Manager and Assistant Controller within their United States Auto Club/Motoring Division. Mike holds a BA in Finance from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Arlington.

Alyssa Baker Johnson

Vice President, Operations

Alyssa Baker Johnson joined Premier Health Solutions in 2020 and brings over 20 years of experience as an accomplished leader in compliance and business operational management. Alyssa is a career insurance professional and has worked for some of the industry’s most highly regarded companies, such as New York Life Insurance Co., Phoenix Life Insurance, Bank of America, Zurich Insurance Co., UICI, and Willis Towers Watson. Prior to her role at PHS, Alyssa served in the capacity of Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Officer for NMC Holdings, Inc. where she was responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulatory requirements, risk mitigation and execution of operational compliance activities for 8 entities. Alyssa holds the Associate Compliance Professional (ACP) designation from the Association of Insurance Compliance Professionals.  She is a licensed General Lines Insurance Agent, and a certified Paralegal.

Jeff Burley

General Counsel

Jeff Burley joined the Premier Health Solutions team in December of 2020.  Jeff has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1988 and brings many years of legal experience to PHS.  He has handled a broad array of litigation matters in his career as a trial lawyer and has achieved an AV Preeminent rating as established by the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings.  This is the highest peer rating standard.  This rating is given to attorneys who are ranked at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal expertise, communication skills, and ethical standards by their peers.   Jeff completed his undergraduate degree at Austin College before earning his law degree at St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio.  While in law school, he was inducted into the Order of Barristers and served as Chairman of the Board of Advocates.

Randi Haluptzok

Director, Corporate Compliance & Transactions

Randi Haluptzok has over 20 years of corporate experience and has worked exclusively in the areas of corporate and transaction law for 14 years. She currently serves as Director, Corporate Compliance & Transactions with Premier Health Solutions. Randi has substantial experience working on contracts and assisting with corporate compliance and regulatory matters. She also has considerable experience working on, organizing and closing major transactions that have been valued as high as $134.5M. In 2013, she played a critical role in coordinating and managing the diligence for a potential sale, which had a valuation of $120M.  Randi received her Paralegal Certificate and a Master’s Degree in Legal Studies from Texas State University.

Senior Director of Call Center Operations

Bejoe Mathew joined Premier Health Solutions in 2013 with over 14 years of sales and customer service experience. Formerly a Sales Manager at Homeland HealthCare, a third-party administrator of supplemental health insurance products, Bejoe has been recognized as one of the top sales producers in the healthcare industry. His vast experience of sales has accelerated his knowledge into multiple areas including Lead Aggregation, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, and Customer Acquisition. As our Senior Director of Call Center Operations, one of his primary roles is the leadership and management of our Premier Health Solutions agency. Bejoe will continue to drive profitable growth and support operational excellence by hiring highly qualified, licensed health insurance professionals and customer service agents.
